Description

Produce classic, velvety sorbetto easily with PreGel's original fruit base. Whether making traditional sorbetto with water, or creamy fruit sherbet with milk, this fat-free formulation offers a slightly sweet, neutral profile that highlights the flavor of fruit additions. Suitable for either hot or cold process methods, Fruttosa delivers excellent display case stability.

Instructions

  • Whisk 50 grams Fruttosa with 300 grams sugar, 1000 grams water and your choice of flavoring.
  • Add inclusions
  • Process through your batch freezer.
