Where are you located?
Our warehouse is in the rural community of Greeley, PA, though it is not open to the public. Wholesale customers are welcome to tour our warehouse and pickup orders, however retail customers are not. Wholesale customers interested in visiting, or picking up orders, please contact us in advance.
Am I a wholesale or retail customer?
Purchasing as a guest, or creating an account on our website on its own, means you are a retail customer paying full price for your order. If you are a food producer of any sort, and would like to become a wholesale customer, please complete a wholesale application. Once we evaluate and approve your wholesale application, we’ll email back with the information you’ll need.
Your purchasing experience and delivery times will remain the same, though you’ll receive better pricing, exclusive discounts and promotions, freight options, and the ability to place special orders.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 US states, and freight within the Continental US. At present time, we do not ship or freight to Canada, US protectorates, or US territories. Freight forwarding services are a good option for customers in areas we do not directly service.
How much does shipping cost?
Ground shipping for retail customers in the Continental US is $12.95 for much of the eastern portion of the country and $14.95 further west. Express options, with delivery dates and prices, will appear at checkout. Express shipping is required for Hawaii and Alaska. Large orders may ship freight. Wholesale account shipping charges differ from these rates.
Orders placed by 2:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, ship the same day, except on holidays and for chocolate orders choosing cold pack protection. Please see our shipping page for details.
How do you protect chocolate in warm weather?
We offer cold pack protection: insulated cartons with gel packs, sized automatically to your order. When you add chocolate to your cart, you will be asked whether to include it. Charges for cold pack protection, if elected, will be based on the chocolate items in your order and shown in your cart.
Orders with cold pack protection must use a shipping method of two business days or less, which may be standard ground or express depending on your location. These orders ship Monday through Wednesday only. Chocolate shipped without cold pack protection goes out on our standard same-day schedule, but heat damage is not covered under our return policy.

Does Pike Global Foods charge sales tax?
The grocery products we sell do not require sales taxes to be collected in our home state of Pennsylvania or, to the best of our knowledge, the domestic states in which we deliver. If your state has specific requirements of sales tax payments on the products we sell it is your responsibility to file such taxes as required.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be satisfied with every order. If something is not right, please contact customer service at (888) 332-1672, or through our contact page, and we'll do our best to make it right. Retail customers should contact us within 30 days of delivery. Heat damage to chocolate shipped without cold pack protection is not covered. Full details are in our Terms and Conditions.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel a recently placed order we will make every effort to honor your request, however, if your order has been shipped it cannot be canceled. What information do you collect or share?
We collect the information you provide when you place an order or contact us, such as your name, address, email, and payment details. Like most websites, we also collect standard browsing data through cookies, which helps us improve the site and advertising. We share information only with service providers who help us process payments, verify addresses, and ship orders, and with Google as part of its advertising and shopping services.
