Where are you located?
Our warehouse is in the rural community of Greeley, PA, though it is not open to the public. Wholesale customers are welcome to tour our warehouse and pickup orders, however retail customers are not. Wholesale customers interested in visiting or picking up orders, please contact us in advance.
Am I a wholesale or retail customer?
Purchasing as a guest, or creating an account on our website on its own, means you are a retail customer paying full price for your order. If you are a food producer of any sort, and would like to become a wholesale customer, please download and application from our wholesale page. Once we evaluate and approve your wholesale application, we’ll email back with the information you’ll need. Your purchasing experience and delivery times will remain the same, though you’ll receive better pricing, bulk discounts on some items, freight options, the ability to place special orders, and ACH payment discounts. Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 US states, and freight within the Continental US. At present time, we do not ship or freight to Canada, US protectorates, or US territories. Freight forwarding services are a good option for customers in area we do not directly service. Please see here for more information.
How much does shipping cost?
Ground shipping for retail customers in the Continental US is $12.95 for much of the eastern portion of the country and $14.95 further west. Express options, with delivery dates and prices, are available at checkout. Express shipping is required for Hawaii and Alaska. Wholesale customers pay shipping at cost.
During the summer, chocolate shipments traveling further than two days ground shipping will be required to use express. Please see here for more information.
How do you protect chocolate during the summer?
During the warm months (typically mid-May though the early October) temperature sensitive chocolates ship Monday through Wednesday in insulated cartons with gel packs. Customers receiving their chocolate in areas that are more than two days transit are required to use express shipping.

Does Pike Global Foods charge sales tax?
The grocery products we sell do not require sales taxes to be collected in our home state of Pennsylvania or, to the best of our knowledge, the domestic states in which we deliver. If your state has specific requirements of sales tax payments on the products we sell it is your responsibility to file such taxes as required.
What is your return policy?

Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel a recently placed order we will make every effort to honor your request, however, if your order has been shipped it cannot be canceled. What information do you collect or share?
We only collect information needed to process your order. Necessary information may be shared with vendors for payment processing, address verification, shipping, and such. We do not otherwise disclose, and never sell, customer information. Please see here for details.
