Outbound Ground Shipping Map

Orders ship the same day when received by 2:00 pm Eastern Time excluding weekends, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, severe weather events, or events beyond our control.  In the case of severe weather or other events beyond our control your order will be shipped as soon as operationally possible.

During the warm months temperature sensitive chocolates ship Monday through Wednesday in insulated coolers with gel packs, as needed.  Customers in areas in which ground shipping would be more than a two day transit are required to use express shipping.  The chocolate prices include the cost of coolers and gel packs. 

A shipping fee of $9.95 will be applied to all Ground/Home Delivery orders within the Continental US.  Available Express shipping options will be listed during the checkout process. 

Freight will be used as a replacement for domestic ground shipments when appropriate.  Orders warranting freight usually ship the next business day.

The above shipping prices do not apply to wholesale accounts.   

Failed Deliveries 

Please check all addresses carefully. Pike Global Foods guarantees delivery only to the address provided. We will attempt to contact you via phone and/or email if any difficulties arise with your delivery. Unresolved delivery difficulties will require the package be returned to our facilities. Returned orders may be reshipped to a corrected address at the customer’s expense. Packages returned to our facilities in a condition that does not allow it to be reshipped may be repackaged at the customer’s expense. Shipping charges for failed deliveries are non-refundable.


Orders may be cancelled with advance notice. If you wish to cancel a recently placed order we will make every effort to honor your request, however, if your order has been shipped it cannot be canceled. Please contact customer service at (888)332-1672 or by using the contact page if a return becomes necessary.  Items that are unopened, unused, and returned without damage may be accepted when received back within 30 days of delivery for a credit of your order, less original shipping fees.  Products that have been opened, used, damaged, and/or show signs of poor handling will not be accepted.  

Tax Collection

The types of products we sell do not require sales taxes to be collected in our home state of Pennsylvania or, to the best of our knowledge, the domestic states in which we deliver.  If your state has specific requirements of sales tax payments on the products we sell it is your responsibility to file such taxes as required.
