Malaga Classic is a concentrated rum raisin flavoring paste from PreGel of Italy, built on real raisins and wine for the classic Italian Malaga gelato flavor. Malaga is the traditional Italian preparation pairing wine soaked raisins with a creamy base, named after the Spanish dessert wine that originally defined the style.
