European Style Pastry Creme Powder.  Cold Process.

Instructions

  • Whisk 400 grams Prima Pastry Creme Powder with 1 liter of water, or 350 grams with 1 liter of milk.
  • Whisk vigorously for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Rest in the refrigerator for 15 minutes or more before serving.
