Perfect for high-volume applications, Gelatech's concentrated chocolate flavoring powder delivers rich, authentic chocolate taste with exceptional versatility.  Ideal for creating full-flavored chocolate gelatos, ice creams, and sorbets, as well as, mousses, creams, and fillings. 

Gelatech Chocolate Flavoring Powder can also be used for finishing tiramisu, cappuccino, panna cotta, and other desserts where intense chocolate depth is required.

Instructions

  • Dose 50 - 80 grams of flavoring powder per kilogram of base, or
  • Whisk to dissolve, then rest for 10 minutes
