Oro D'Oro is a creamy lemon flavoring paste from PreGel of Italy, built for gelato production where a soft, dessert style lemon profile is wanted rather than a sharp citrus one. The paste reads as lemon cream: smooth, sweet, and rich, with a warm yellow color from riboflavin and beta carotene.

The cream character carries cleanly through churning and freezing, sitting closer to a lemon curd or limoncello sweet than a sorbetto.
