Description

This ingenious mix gives you rich, smooth, high quality dark chocolate mousse for minimum effort. Simply whip the powder with milk (or milk and cream), refrigerate for couple of hours until set, and serve. Perfect as a low-labor dessert option, or as an easy-to-prepare filling for pies, tarts, and parfait-based desserts. Impressively authentic-tasting results.

Also available in a White Chocolate variety by Cacao Noel, or White Chocolate and Dark Chocolate varieties by Pastry Star.

Instructions

  • Whisk 1000 grams of Cacao Noel Mousse Mix with 1250 grams of cold milk, or 625 grams each of cold milk and heavy cream.
  • Continue whisking for approximately 5 minutes on high speed.
  • Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
  • After refrigeration additional whisking can be used to adjust the texture.
