Complete cold-process gelato and soft serve mix from PreGel America with a cake batter flavor profile, built around dairy solids and a sweet, buttery cake flavor system. Add milk, batch, and serve.

One bag carries base, sweeteners, stabilizers, dairy solids, and cake flavoring in measured proportion, so there's no scaling at the bench. The finished gelato has a creamy body and the sweet, buttery vanilla profile of raw yellow cake batter, a popular novelty flavor that takes well to sprinkles, cookie crumb, or a fudge ribbon. Works through a batch freezer or a soft serve machine.

Instructions

For Gelato
  • Whisk 1 bag (1.2 kg / 2.7 lbs) of Cake Batter Sprint Mix into 2500 g (88 oz) of whole milk.
  • Add any inclusions.
  • Process through a batch freezer.
For Soft Serve
  • Whisk 1 bag (1.2 kg / 2.7 lbs) of Cake Batter Sprint Mix into 3630 g (1 US gallon) of whole milk.
  • Add any inclusions.
  • Run through a soft serve machine.
Storage
  • Store sealed in a cool, dry place at 15–20°C (59–68°F), relative humidity at or below 65%.
