Description

Improve the structure of your gelato – and boost its nutritional value – with this fiber-based texturizer from PreGel. Creating a creamier, more compact texture, Fibraplus has the added benefit of reducing surface shine to give your gelatos a more artisan appearance. Fibraplus also helps slow display case melt and keeps products looking fresher for longer. Pair with PreGel's Neutro, SuperNeutro Milk, or SuperNeutro Fruit stabilizers for even better results.

Instructions

  • Dose 15 grams of Fibraplus per kilogram of base, or
  • Dose 2 ounces of Fibraplus per gallon of base
