Description

Extra White Fondant Icing warms into a pourable dipping glaze and sets to a bright white finish on donuts, cakes, éclairs, and other pastries. It is a sweet vanilla fondant from Pastry Star, made in the United States.

The icing is exceptionally smooth and glossy, and it survives freezing and thawing without separating or dulling. That stability lets pastries be glazed, frozen, and finished later, with the coat holding a clean, even sheen.

Instructions

Direct Use
  • Apply directly from the pail.
For Dipping
  • Warm to 110 to 120°F (43 to 49°C) and use as a dipping icing for cooled donuts, cakes, éclairs, and other pastries.
Storage
  • Store sealed at room temperature, 50 to 75°F (10 to 24°C).
