Description

Pastry 1 Apricot Cristal Glaze is a ready made, sticky apricot flavor glaze from Canada, adding an attractive amber sheen to fruit tarts, Danish pastries, sweet pies, and more. It also works as a seal when filling and icing cakes.

Dilute it with water and heat before use, then brush or spray it on. Also available in 26.4 Lbs pails.

Instructions

  • Mix Pastry 1 Apricot Glaze with 10 to 30% water for brushing, or 40 to 60% water for spraying.
  • Bring the glaze and water mix to a boil.
  • Rest at room temperature for a few minutes before using.

    Sugar and/or Glucose and/or Glucose-Fructose, Water, Pectin, Apple Pulp, Citric Acid, Sodium Benzoate, Natural and Artificial Flavor, Tricalcium Phosphate, Sodium and Calcium Alginate, Colors (FD&C Yellow #6, FD&C Yellow #5)
