PreGel coffee dessert topping is a ready to use Italian sauce for gelato and ice cream, applied at service over cones, cups, sundaes, or scoops. It squeezes out in a warm brown line, loose enough to move fast on a busy counter and thick enough to stay where it lands.

Coffee itself is in the formula, not just coffee flavoring, so the taste lands near a shot pulled short: roasted, a little bitter at the edges, and sweet enough to keep it friendly. That bitterness is what earns its place on cream heavy bases, cutting through vanilla, hazelnut, and chocolate rather than piling more sugar on top.
