PreGel chocolate dessert topping squeezes out in a thick, dark ribbon that catches in the ridges of a scoop and keeps its gloss. It is a ready to use Italian sauce for gelato and ice cream, applied at service over cones, cups, sundaes, or scoops.

The cocoa runs deep and roasted, closer to a rich drinking chocolate than to a candy bar, and it holds its own against vanilla, hazelnut, and coffee bases. It leaves the bottle soft and ready, so there is no warming, thinning, or waiting while a customer stands there. The paste is smooth the whole way through, so a swirl around the inside of a sundae glass comes out even from the first pass to the last, with a small pool waiting at the bottom for the final spoonful.
