A blend of strawberry purée, stabilizers and sugars, this reliable paste provides a consistent, stable base for your gelatos, ice creams, and semifreddo desserts, as well as creams, mousses, and cake fillings.

Instructions

  • Dose 70 to 100 grams of flavoring paste per kilogram of base
