This rich, sweetened chocolate paste from Italy's PreGel lets you easily create gelatos, ice creams, and pastries with a refined and harmonious chocolatey depth. Richly concentrated to bring you a cost-effective flavoring (only small dosages deliver a big impact), Prontociocc works brilliantly in both frozen and baked applications.

Instructions

  • Dose 100 - 150 grams of flavoring paste per kilogram of base, or
  • Dose 14 - 21 ounces of flavoring paste per gallon of base

Ingredients

    Cocoa, Vegetable Fat, Sugar, Soy Proteins, Chocolate (Cocoa, Cocoa Butter, Sugar, Flavors), E471 Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids, Lecithin, Flavors, E307 Alpha-tocopherol.
