When looking for a glucose product for our Caramels and Bonbon fillings at HillCountrySweetShop.com, my first stop when purchasing is always Pike Global Foods!. I've stepped up from the 22lb tub to the 60lb tub and everything is working perfectly!. Fast order, fast delivery and great product!. Will definitely purchase again! The product is a lot thicker than the other brand, but it doesn't affect the taste or the process. (I just add a little more water)
