Description

Add that classic Italian chocolate and nut richness to gelatos, ice creams, and pastries with this unsweetened paste from PreGel. Blending chocolate, with a touch of almonds and hazelnuts, Cacaopat paste gives you complete control over sweetness levels in frozen and baked desserts. Highly concentrated and cost-effective, use to create a rich chocolate dessert, or more complex flavor profiles.

Instructions

  • Dose 70 - 100 grams of flavoring paste per kilogram of base, or
  • Dose 10 - 14 ounces of flavoring paste per gallon of base
  • For intense chocolate flavor, dose may be as high as 150 grams of flavoring paste per kilogram of base, or 21 ounces per gallon

Ingredients

    Low-fat Cocoa, Vegetable (Peanut) Fat, Almonds, Hazelnuts, E471 Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids, Lecithin, Flavors, E307 Alpha-Tocopherol.
