Same-Day Shipping
Place your order by 2:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day and we'll ship it out the same day. Same-day shipping does not apply on weekends or the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. Orders may also be delayed due to severe weather or other circumstances outside our control — in those cases, we'll ship as soon as we're able.
Ground/Home Delivery rates:
- $12.95 for most addresses in the 1–2 day transit zones (see map above)
- $14.95 for all other areas
Express shipping options are available and will appear at checkout. For large orders, freight may be used in place of standard ground shipping — these typically ship the next business day. Please note that wholesale account pricing differs from the rates listed here.
Chocolate Warm Weather Policy
We take extra care with temperature-sensitive chocolates during warm months, generally mid-May through early October. During this period, chocolate orders ship Monday through Wednesday only, packed in insulated cartons with gel packs included in the price.
If your delivery address is more than two days away by ground transit, express shipping is required for chocolate orders. In that case, only express options will appear at checkout. To save on shipping costs, consider placing your chocolate and non-chocolate items as separate orders.
For large chocolate orders that would normally ship freight, please reach out to us — we have pallet-sized coolers capable of protecting your chocolate through two-day freight delivery.
Failed Deliveries
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We guarantee delivery only to the address provided at checkout. If a delivery issue arises, we'll do our best to reach you by phone or email. Packages that cannot be delivered will be returned to us, and reshipping to a corrected address will be at the customer's expense. Shipping charges for failed deliveries are non-refundable.

Need to cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible — we'll do everything we can to accommodate your request.
