Van Leer Milk Chocolate Chips are sweet, creamy 27% cocoa milk chocolate for everyday baking and dessert work. Part of the Barry Callebaut family of brands, Van Leer offers North American made chocolate with a strong European heritage.

The peaked chips are bake stable, so they hold their shape in chocolate chip cookies, cakes, and muffins, and they also melt well for sauces, ganaches, and fondants. They are flavored with natural vanilla.
