Callebaut 823 is a versatile Belgian milk chocolate couverture. By roasting the cocoa beans in their shell, Callebaut produces a smooth, creamy milk chocolate with a deep, caramel like flavor.
Its excellent fluidity makes it easy to work for enrobing and molding confectionery, cake decorations, ganaches, fondants, ice creams, and desserts.
