Instructions
Preparation
- Bloom the sheets in cold water for 5 to 10 minutes until soft and pliable.
- Lift the sheets out, gently squeeze to remove excess water, and add to a hot liquid (above 50°C / 122°F) to dissolve.
- Stir until fully incorporated, then combine with the rest of the preparation and chill to set.
Dosage
- Typical use: 2 to 3 sheets per 250 ml (1 cup) of liquid for a standard set. Adjust up or down based on the firmness required.
Storage
- Store sealed in a cool, dry place at 15 to 20°C (59 to 68°F), away from direct light and strong odors.
