Cacao Noel dark chocolate confectionery coating in a 25 lb case, made in the United States. A non-tempering coating built on palm kernel oil rather than cocoa butter, formulated for high-volume confectionery and bakery work where flow, set speed, and color stability matter more than couverture complexity.

Alkalized cocoa gives the coating a deep brown color and a clean, slightly roasted chocolate flavor that holds up against rich centers, nut butters, and caramel. It melts to a smooth, fluid consistency for dipping, enrobing, drizzling, and molding, sets with good snap, and releases cleanly from molds without the temperature precision tempering would require.

Cacao Noel confectionery coatings are also available in Milk for a softer caramel character, or White for a clean base that takes color and tints cleanly.
