Cocoa-Sec is a moisture resistant decorating cocoa powder from Cacao Noel of Italy, packed in an 8 lb tub. It is formulated for finishing rather than baking, holding its color and powdery look on display surfaces that would dull regular cocoa within minutes.

The alkalized cocoa is blended with dextrose, wheat starch, sugar, and a small amount of vegetable fat, which lets it sit on top of moist or fatty surfaces without dissolving or absorbing in.
