Description

These ready made puff pastry shells from Moda take the work out of preparing dessert bouchees and vol-au-vents. Made in Spain, each shell arrives fully baked to a golden brown, hollowed out, and ready to fill.

At 1.5 inches, these mini shells are sized for petit fours, dessert buffets, and plated sweets. Fill them with pastry cream, fruit and chantilly, lemon curd, chocolate mousse, or a spoon of fruit compote. Because they come baked and shaped, you skip the lamination, cutting, and proofing that fresh puff pastry demands.

Also available in a larger 3.25 inch size.
