It's a great choice if you are a professional baker and have a lot of orders. This chocolate is great for mouse cakes, filling and decorating. It's also a delicious chocolate itself. One more great thing is that you can tempering this chocolate (as almost all from Callebaut series). I would recommend this chocolate as it will never let you down!
