I purchased a bucket of Glucose syrup 22Lbs, and it arrived broke. I contacted customer service, and in two hours, my replacement was shipped already. I have other problems regarding the damaged product in the past and every time they respond the same. They are polite and quick reply. 5☆ plus. GREAT customer service!

Glucose is pretty simple stuff, so shouldn't be hard to praise it. What stands out with Pike is the shipping of the product. Sturdy box, cleanly and security taped shut, box is packed so the product doesn't rattle around - making it easy to lift with nothing sliding in the box, and the container is wrapped to assure the lid stays on the product and that chances of leaking is minimized. Attention to detail makes my orders from Pike Global really wonderful.
