Description

A dairy-free formulation perfect for making plant-based sorbets, frozen yogurts, and soft serves with a smooth texture and neutral flavor. Simply combine with water, or plant-based milk, and sugar to create the perfect base for your fruit additions. Certified vegan, gluten-free, Halal, and Kosher, Fruttosa Milk Free works with either hot or cold processes.

Instructions

  • Whisk 50 grams Fruttosa Milk Free with 300 grams sugar, 1000 grams whole milk and your choice of flavoring.
  • Add inclusions
  • Process through your batch freezer.
