Instructions

For Gelato
  • Whisk 1 bag of Cheesecake Sprint Mix with 500 grams (18 ounces) Cream and 2000 grams (70 ounces) of milk.
  • Add inclusions
  • Process through your batch freezer.
For Soft Serve
  • Whisk 1 bag of Cheesecake Sprint Mix with 3630 grams (1 gallon) of milk.
  • Add inclusions
  • Process through your batch freezer.

Ingredients

    Sugar, Dextrose, Maltodextrin, Skimmed Quark Powder, Fully Hydrogenated Coconut Oil, Nonfat Milk, Yogurt, Citric Acid, Dried Glucose Syrup, Rice Starch, Guar Gum, Lactic Acid Esters of Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids,Caseinate, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids, Propane-1, 2-Diol Esters of Fatty Acids, Locust Bean Gum.
