Description

Bring authentic depth and intensity to your gelato nocciola and pastries with this quality hazelnut paste from Gelatech of Italy. A blend of 95% roasted hazelnuts with a touch of salt and oil, Gelatech Hazelnut Paste is smooth and soft-textured, blending easily into gelato and ice cream mixes, as well as pastry creams, cake frostings and other desserts.  Also available as a 50% Praline Paste, or 60% Praline Paste.

Instructions

  • Dose 80 to 100 grams of flavoring paste per kilogram of base
