Made with strained raspberry pulp (so there are no pesky seeds) and thickened with pectin, this fruity jam is bake stable up to 375F.     this is a great product. wonderful flavor. we use it on croissants/pastries and as a filling layer in some other baked desserts. definitely needs to be baked to set it and for proper texture, otherwise is very sticky.

    We could not be more pleased with this product. We have purchased raspberry jam from many other sellers in which it takes either so long to arrive in the mail, or arrives in a broken container and all messy in the box. This product arrived in just a couple days, was well packed, and of great quality. Will definitely be ordering from this shop again. So happy to have found a seller we can rely on.

    Amifruit baking jam has a great, super-fruity flavor- almost beyond raspberry somehow. It tastes exactly like French raspberry pastille candy I had when overseas. The texture is extremely smooth and gel-like, pretty sticky and thick, but pipeable and spreadable. I was expecting something more like a conventional jam texture but thicker, with some pulp to it, but this is completely smooth and not like regular jam. Bought to use with pastries and will use in cookies as well. I was told that this jam could also be frozen for longer storage, which is nice, to extend the couple months of storage you can get in the fridge.
