 Another deliciously fruity paste from Gelatech of Italy, formulated for gelato production, but versatile enough for a range of other desserts. Made with ripe, sweetly-tarty raspberries, concentrated blackberry juice, sugars and natural stabilizers, Gelatech Raspberry Flavoring Paste gives you a consistent, high quality base for your gelatos, ice creams, and semifreddo desserts, as well as pastry creams, mousses, and cake fillings.

Instructions

  • Dose 70 to 100 grams of flavoring paste per kilogram of base
