Made with ripe, sweetly-tarty raspberries, concentrated blackberry juice, sugars and natural stabilizers, Gelatech Raspberry Flavoring Paste gives you a consistent, high quality base for your gelatos, ice creams, and semifreddo desserts, as well as pastry creams, mousses, and cake fillings.
