Pastry 1’s ready-to-use bright white fondant is a convenient soft icing that gives consistent results in high-volume operations.  Helping to streamline production with minimal preparation, this versatile fondant is ideal for celebration cakes, donuts, petit fours, and other decorative pastries.

Simply use as is, or warm in a bain-marie or microwave and apply to refrigerated or room-temperature products. It will maintain its stability through freeze/thaw cycles, making it perfect for commercial bakeries, pastry shops, and sweet food  manufacturers.

Pastry 1 Quick Choco Fondant Icing can be poured, dipped, spread, or used to enrobe.  Also available as a chocolate flavored fondant.

<li>Pastry 1 Quick White Fondant Icing is ready to use, though may be warmed in a bain marie to increase fluidity.</li>
<li>To further increase fluidity, blend with 15 grams of water per kilogram of fondant icing.</li>
<li>To make a Quick Fondant Buttercream, mix 1 kilogram of fondant icing with 1 kilogram of room temperature butter at high speed until creamy and lump free.</li>
