Use it for setting jams, marmalades, chutneys, fruit jellies, and for thickening desserts and pastry creams. Powdered apple pectin can also be used as a natural stabilizer for ice creams, puddings, coulis, flans, cookies, even dairy items such as yogurt. Suitable for vegans. Also available in Thermo-Reversible and VitPris varieties.
