Same Day Shipping if received by 2:00 pm Eastern Time excluding weekends, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Day and severe weather events. In the case of severe weather or other events beyond our control your order will be shipped as soon as operationally possible.
Free FedEx Ground/Home Delivery shipping is automatically applied to orders of $75.00 or more. Free or reduced price shipping does not apply to deliveries destined for Alaska, Hawaii or wholesale orders. A flat rate of $9.95 applies to all other orders.
FedEx Express services, if available, for an additional fee, will be listed as an option during the checkout process.
Orders under $25.00
As of January 1, 2019 all orders under $25.00 (excluding shipping) will be charged a $5.00 handling fee.
It is best to have packages sent to an address where there will be someone available to accept the delivery. To help ensure packages are received properly any deliveries to metropolitan addresses, condominiums, co-ops, apartments and/or business addresses may require, at least, an indirect signature.
Please check all addresses carefully. Pike Global Foods guarantees delivery only to the address provided. We will attempt to contact you via phone and/or email if any difficulties arise with your delivery. Unresolved delivery difficulties will require the package be returned to our facilities. Returned orders may be reshipped to a corrected address at the customer’s expense. Packages returned to our facilities in a condition that does not allow it to be reshipped may be repackaged at the customer’s expense. Shipping charges for failed deliveries are non-refundable.
Orders may be cancelled with advance notice. If you wish to cancel a recently placed order we will make every effort to honor your request, however, if the order has been shipped it cannot be canceled. The types of products we sell do not require sales taxes to be collected in our home state of Pennsylvania or, to the best of our knowledge, the states in which we deliver. If your state has specific requirements of sales tax payments on the products we sell it is your responsibility to file such taxes as required.
