A concentrated, all-natural green peppermint paste from Geltach of Italy. While specially formulated for making high quality gelato, this versatile flavoring base can be used for many other applications, from ice creams and semifreddo desserts to pastry creams, mousses, and cakes. Easy to use and gives consistent results.

Alternatively, consider PreGel's Green Mint Flavorings Paste, or White Mint Flavorings Paste.

Instructions

  • Dose 40 to 50 grams of flavoring paste per kilogram of base

    Glucose Syrup, Sugar, Water, Flavorings, Colors FD & C Blue #1 and Yellow #5, Gum Arabic, Citric Acid, Potassium Sorbate
