A vanilla flavoring paste from Italian company PreGel, made for high-volume gelato production.

Golden Vanille produces a classic ivory/pale yellow gelato with the typical aroma and taste of vanilla. The thick, homogeneous paste blends cleanly into gelato bases and pastry creams, and works equally well in mousses, semifreddi, and other frozen and chilled desserts.

Also available as Traditional Vanilla Zero, a no-added-sugar version using stevia and sucralose.
