Distinct rye flavor without the dark color of traditional rye meal. This Ardent Mills white rye flour is milled from scoured rye which has had the bran and germ removed. The result is a slightly less bitter rye flour which is ideal for hearth-type breads, rolls, buns, and for dusting. This milder rye meal blends very well with standard bread flours to result in nutty, but tender bread products.
