Use this golden-hued couverture to create luscious cream mixes and ganaches, molded and coated confectionery, mousses, and ice creams. Its maple-like notes pairs well with cinnamon, vanilla, and other spices, as well as banana, pear, and champagne, giving you plenty of experimental opportunities. Comes in easy-to-melt feves discs.
