Jivara blends Ecuadorian and Ghanaian cocoa beans, and adds a touch of malt syrup, to make a highly versatile gourmet couverture. Great for cream mixes and ganaches, coated and molded confectionery/desserts, and most bakery applications. Its unique creamy/malty profile pairs well with nuts, praline, salted caramel and tonka bean. Supplied in easy-to-melt feves discs.
