Use Valrhona Araguani 72% Dark Couverture to create coated and molded confectionery, ganaches, mousses, crémeux, and more. Pairs well with nuts, ginger, coffee, and vanilla, even liquorice and olive. Supplied in easy-to-use feves discs for smooth melting.
