Bittersweet chocolate with dark cherry overtones
I buy Callebaut 70% bittersweet mostly to nibble because it is a superior chocolate. Delicious, smooth, dark with what I would describe as dark cherry overtones. My favorite bittersweet chocolate. I use the chips leftover from cutting up a block for baking... it's not a 1:1 substitute for semi-sweet, but you can go 50:50 with semisweet and have a darker, richer result.
